Project Managers and Management Consultants
As a Management Consultant you should fulfil, and can document, the following criteria's:
- Minimum 2-year of consultant experience within change management and productivity, where you have worked with quantifiable goals and results.
- Minimum 2-year experience of operational management or production planning, production improvements etc.
- University degree within engineering, business administration or behavioural studies. Relevant experience can to a certain degree compensate formal education.
- Excellent social skills.
- Focused and self-going individual who also is outgoing and positive.
As Project Manager you also fulfil, and can document, the following criteria's:
- Experience of project management within change management and productivity, where you have worked with quantifiable goals and results.
As a consultant you must be able to create and evaluate different solutions and a strong analytical mindset is essential. You must be able to sell your ideas and solutions to the client, which means verbal and social skills, are fundamental qualities for all our candidates. You enjoy working both focused and systematically and see quick and concrete results of your work. We work in teams, and we need team players!
We are looking both with subcontractors and employees. Please state in your application if you consider employment or working as a subcontractor.
Since we work where our clients are located, you must be able to stay at the location during the weekdays. However, this makes your home location less of a factor.
