Operative consultants
ManTec has today about 130 consultants with an average age of about 40 years. Most of our employees have a technical and/or business degree combined with at least 5 years of management experience in operations.
The average work experience is 15 years. The personal composition of our teams can be characterised by the following key words: knowledge, systematical, academic background, experience and ability to execute.
A ManTec project can result in significant changes to our client's organisation and ways of working. The consultant's background and extensive experience from similar and sometimes very different organisations normally adds a new dimension to the project.
